COD Policies

Before processing, we may verify your order details.

You can cancel your order within one hour after placing the order. After that, it will move forward for processing and dispatch.

Payment must be made in cash at delivery. Do not send cheques or Demand Drafts to the courier staff.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed through bank transfer, and UPI.

Repeated order refusals or cancellations may lead to COD being unavailable for your future purchases.

Please choose your product and design carefully before confirming your purchase.

Partial Payment for Cash on Delivery Orders

To confirm your order under COD, a small token amount may be collected at checkout.

The rest payment will be collected in cash during delivery.

This token amount helps verify orders and ensure faster processing.

After order confirmation, The order will be processed and dispatched as per our shipping time.

The token amount  is non-refundable if the order has already been shipped or refused by the customer.

If the order is canceled within the allowed time, the token amount may be refunded or adjusted as per our policy.

Any eligible refund will be processed via the original payment source, UPI, or bank transfer.
