Size and Exchange Issue

Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Products exchanged once are not eligible for another exchange. Additionally, items purchased during sales, promotional offers or with discounts are not eligible for exchange. 

When Exchange is not accepted?

• Exchange is not applicable for minor color variations. A little color difference (up to 10%) may occur due to screen settings, lightning and photography. 

• If you are not satisfied with the color, fabric, and material of the product. We use quality materials and product related information mentioned with the product description. Please read all the product details carefully before buying any product. 

• Customized products or made to order products are not eligible for exchange. 

Return & Refund

If you are going to return the product, please send an email to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and reason for the return of the product. After receiving the mail, our team will coordinate with you.

Please Follow given instructions: 

• Please make sure that the return product is unused, unworn. Return the product with the original tags and pacakaging. Our team will check the product according to return standard. After this your product will ship standard shipping timeline as all our products are made to order. 

• Please note that exchanged products are considered final sale. So It’s not eligible for any additional exchange or return. 

• Please note that during sale purchased products are not eligible for exchange or return. 

• Return, refund or exchange related all the request must be submitted through email. Request made in store will not be applicable.
